Had a little extra time today so I was able to get a long run in. The usual roster of Colchester dogs came to greet me, including a German Shepherd at the end of Pine Street who has been yappin' at me for years now. I decided to snap a photo of him (see below), but he didn't seem to like that too much so I moved right along.
Tough run today, didn' t feel that great but managed to get the miles in. The course has a hill about a 8/10ths of mile long around mile 6 which kind of ways on your mind during the run. The miles were sponsored by two more Rocky Heights families, the Adams Family for Oliver and the Shuster Family for Mandy and Casey. Thanks again to these great folks from Colorado.
