I did three laps for a total of 4.5 miles. I was pretty sore from many hours of yard work on Sunday, but felt very good at the end of the run. It amazes me how pulling weeds for a few hours ends up taxing the body more than a 10-mile run. Maybe if I did yard work more regularly...
I completed miles 903-906, sponsored by Kevin Farkas (903) and Keith Webster (904-906). I'm pretty sure Kevin and Keith were neighborhood friends back in the day. Thanks for your sponsorship fellas!
It's long past time for me to send out a HUGE thank you to the person made the entire effort possible--my wife Ellie. Today was a perfect example. I couldn't get out to run at lunch so I called leaving work and asked if I could get a quick run in after work. She says "no problem" even though this unexpectedly puts her on dinner detail. Seems like no big deal until you multiply that x 100, throw in a few 20 mile runs with the commensurate 4 hour recovery and appreciate that she works full time and is going to school. So THANK YOU Ellie, there's no way I could have done this without you!
Today's Line:

My Sweet (and Patient) Ellie |
